I have seen this before but being the mother of a six year old little girl, it means so much to me now. I read the blogs and the trashy magazines and to say it doesn't effect me and my self esteem would be a lie. I do have the knowledge to know that this is not reality and that unfortunately most of what we consider "reality" is fueled by greed and stupidity. Seriously Heidi Montag on The View?

Dove has been making amazing realistic videos that I think every girl and woman should see at least once. It gives you a whole new perspective on how advertising really is and it may just make you feel a little better about yourself and know that it is okay if your not "perfect" because you are. I know I felt a heck of a lot better seeing this!
